Our wedding services provide for the trendy to the traditional, the extravagant to the tastefully modest. So whatever your tastes, we’ll be there to make this exciting day everything you imagined it would be. With a variety of packages to choose from, allow one of our trained professionals to customize your menu and create an exceptional meal that meets your highest expectations.

The Reagan Room can seat up to 180 guests and features a 160 degree view of the sparkling Pacific Ocean and a private ocean view patio for cocktail hour. Plaza del Sol seats up to 500 guests under the sun and stars in full view of the ocean and your  cocktail reception is held upstairs in the Rotunda. Your guests are sure to enjoy the elegantly renovated ballrooms which can accommodate 50 to 600 guests. The Fiesta Room venue is ideal for more intimate celebrations of under 60 guests. One side of the room is floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a semi-private terrace. This venue is a charming area to enjoy cocktails or even your buffet.

Rental fees for special events include all resort tables, chairs, china, glassware, silverware, linens, 5 votive candles per table, dance floor for indoor venues, staging, and all set up and tear down. It was an absolutely perfect wedding venue.  We had an ocean view suite over the Plaza, which was perfect because my wedding was in the Plaza and I could watch the set-up.  The catering manager, Paige, was always available to answer questions and work with us on whatever we needed, from bringing in dozens of heat lamps to ordering off-menu appetizers.  To my surprise, the food at the wedding (we had the celebrations of stations buffet) was absolutely delicious.  I've never had good wedding food before.  Everyone complimented it and the beautiful venue.  The service was excellent.  They delivered my welcome bags to guests, moved our guests when we asked, reserved us a steamer, and were generally friendly and helpful.  This was the perfect venue for us and our guests really enjoyed their stays.

I didn't stay here, but did attend a wedding for a really good friend. FP is a legit place. The food was really good, and the drinks were stiff. Everyone was really friendly too. It's also right on the beach, so it's fun for late-night walks on the beach. ;)

We had out wedding here on July 19... and I have to say it was pretty amazing :) Our ceremony and reception were both held in the outdoor Plaza Del Sol, which is a amazing location with beautiful ocean views. Another plus to booking this location is that you get to hold your cocktail hour on the upper rotunda. I worked with Paige to coordinate our event. Paige was very helpful, and made sure I was on top of everything that I needed to do. We had a few meetings with her to make the many wedding decisions... I never realized there were so many. When we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of wine, and they also had some special treats waiting for us on our wedding night. The staff was sooo accommodating to us during our stay, from letting my dad store his bottles of wedding day champagne in their fridge, to accepting a last minute program delivery, they really did all they could to accommodate us for this special day. The food that was served at our wedding was amazing... I noted that many of our guest literally cleaned their plates, it was that good. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose to get married at the Double Tree... I can't think of many other Santa Barbara locations that can offer all this hotel does.
