Venue Description
The Malibou Lake Mountain Club is the perfect venue for weddings,
anniversaries, a family reunion or any other special occasion. Our beautiful
surroundings create a special ambiance to make your event more memorable.
Envision your event framed by views of Malibou lake and surrounding mountains.
Twelve tall French doors open to a gently sloping lawn bordered by stately
eucalyptus and pine trees. Sunlight and moonlight views flood the spacious
Ballroom, blurring the boundary between indoors and out. Elegant without being
over-grand, the Main Ballroom boasts 15-foot ceilings, ample room for a dancing
and a large Fireplace to welcome your guests.
Malibou
Lake Mountain Club Terrace Room has rich slate floors and beamed ceiling
provide a more intimate space for meetings and small parties with French doors
in the alcove leading to a covered outdoor patio for additional seating, buffet

Accommodations
Large or small, intimate or open, quiet or festive, your
choice of indoor and outdoor locations at Malibou Lake can be configured for a
Southern California Dream Wedding and Reception, an Executive Business meeting,
Company Picnic, Holiday and New Year's Eve parties, Family Reunions, Bar and
Bat Mitzvahs, Graduations and Banquets.
The Main Ballroom at Malibou Lake Mountain Club is available
year-round, Friday through Sunday with reduced fee Monday through Thursday. The
ballroom accommodates 130-210 seated guests in combination with the covered
patio. The ballroom features spectacular views of the lake, mountains, and
beautifully landscaped grounds. Tables and chairs, linen and silverware, and
bridal room and groom's dressing area are available and included.
The Terrace Room at Malibou Lake Mountain Club is perfect
for smaller events. Itcan accommodate up to 75 people seated with additional
room through the French Doors on an adjoining covered patio. Availabile daily
unless a wedding is booked in the Main Ballroom for that same day. Call our
Event Coordinator at 818-889-1211 for reservations and additional information.
Outdoor
areas at Malibou Lake Mountain Club are also available for wedding ceremonies
and receptions. Most Weddings take place at the far end of the lawn,
overlooking the lake. Afterwards, your guests can mingle on the grass and
admire the view of the sparkling lake with the Santa Monica Mountains in the
distance. The beauty of this place—aside from its country setting—is that you
have carte blanche (within reason) to design whatever celebration you desire.
No two parties are alike here, so if you want plenty of control over your
event, come to the Malibou Lake Mountain Club and have the creative time of
your life. Maximum seated outdoor capacity is 400.
