A refreshing and serene classic California venue awaits you among the lovely citrus orchards of the historic Heritage Valley in charming Santa Paula. Chic rustic weddings in the fresh country air with just the right amount of vintage pieces to complement your custom décor and wedding photo memories. You will find beautiful backdrops throughout, whether soaking up the panoramic valley views that stretch all the way to the sea in our hilltop orchard or dancing under the stars surrounded by the serenity and beauty of a lush orchard. The fragrant lemon groves, historic ranch buildings, and expansive country landscape are the perfect place to gather with friends and family and celebrate your union surrounded by all the natural splendor of this lush peaceful valley.

Plated Events at the Ranch offers several wedding ceremony locations, the most popular being the North Lawn. The North Lawn is set against the citrus orchards with majestic mountains off in the distance. There are 12 bocce ball courts near the entrance that are perfect entertainment for your guests at cocktail hour. As you and your bridal party make your way up to the stair-cased landing where you will exchange vows with your sweetheart, you will shine amidst the natural landscape and breathtaking expanse of sky. Afterwards, enjoy a classy reception on the grassy lawn with a menu prepared by our professional world-class Chef before dancing the night away under the stars. Or if you prefer a ceremony site with a view of the lush green valley, you may enjoy our Hilltop Orchard. Your guests will take a ride on our vintage trolley up to the top of the plateau where they can take in the view and celebrate with you. In winter you can choose to enjoy our stunning outdoor sites or move the party indoors to take advantage of the architectural features and historic charm of the Craftsman-style Ranch Lobby Building or the rustic Company Store building with high beamed ceilings and farm relics. My husband and I just got married at Plated Events at the Ranch on the North Lawn and it was everything we hoped for and more! Jason, the event coordinator there was so responsive to my requests and helped make the day everything I envisioned. The location itself is amazing, it felt grand and intimate at the same time being outside and surrounded by nature with our loved ones in such a peaceful place. The food was amazing, the staff was helpful and friendly, and we’re both so happy we chose this site for our big day!
